What is the most frustrating thing you’ve experienced in Education Technology? What caused it to be so frustrating?

We want to make sure that teachers tools they need, and that those tools are easily accessible. What are some features you’d like implemented in our ĀYŌDÈ LOR?

Tech support is especially important in EdTech, where teachers need tools that are intuitive, and accessible. What are some some of your favorite support features (such as demonstration videos, community forums, informational newsletters, etc.) that you would like to see us introduce to ĀYŌDÈ?
